Our commitment

We want as many people as possible to use the ReturnMate website. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Using this website

The website includes a skip-to-content link, descriptive headings, keyboard-focus styles, text alternatives for dashboard illustrations, and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. You can use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings to adjust the content.

Assessment status

Full WCAG conformance has not yet been assessed. A complete review with assistive technologies is required before we can state that the website conforms to Level AA.

Known limitations

The dashboard illustrations contain small text that is part of the image and does not resize independently. The surrounding page describes the purpose of the dashboard in text. These illustrations show the application interface and are not interactive controls.

We will update this statement as testing identifies barriers and improvements are completed. This statement covers the marketing website; the tax application requires its own assessment across complete customer tasks.
